*sigh and shakes head with disapproval* Why in the hell did you change your template from the VERY clever and tasteful Confessions of a Shopaholic themeto the truly heinous Harry Potter theme that you have now??? What possessed you to do such a thing? Honestly, the change just doesn't do you any justice that you could be deserving of. The ONE thing that saves you at all in this area is the fact that you didn't use Harry Potter himself in the design and rather the less annoyingly irritating dorky red head kid (whatever the hell his name is). Oh... yeah, there was one more thing that saved you - the fact that I happened to get you to review instead of Retail because I PROMISE YOU that she would have set you completely aflame because of the whole Harry Potter thing. Man. You got SO lucky!
Other than all of that, your navigational buttons are hard to read and though you appear to be very fond of scroll boxes (as evidenced by the tutorial that you posted on them), they do little to nothing for the whole experience that is your diary.
Out of everything, I like the sections that you have made that include your bio, cast info, links, etc, blase blase... whatever. That's all good and important for anyone who wants to cut to the chase and learn a thing or two about who you are.

Your content is leaps and bounds better than your appearance. You are quite a likeable gal and I am not surprised that you share the same nationality as the esteemed Andrew (the incredible fodder of Diaryland, if you didn't know). I seem to like Canadians and I don't know how it has worked out like that.
Anyway, your confessions page was not bad and gave me a lot of backstory about who you are and what makes you tick. I LOVE the fact that you profess yourself as being "the shit." Confidence is a beautiful thing. Just don't go being too cocky because that would make you an asshole.
And you dig on Good Charlotte? Hmmm... I am not particularly fond of them, but maybe that's because I knew some of the members back in their high school days when they were complete losers and sat in the back of the bus on the way to school singing The Black Crowes song "Too hot to handle now" over and fucking OVER again! Anyway... cool that you like them, I guess.
Another thing that is cool about you is the fact that you play the bagpipes. Awesome. I commend you for straying from the mass of gals your age who think that learning how to play the guitar will make them the next Avril. Originality is a beautiful thing ESPECIALLY when it comes to busking.
Oh yeah, PLEASE do not bypass going to college or university (as you are wont to say). In this entry you mentioned wanting to be an adventurer/explorer/Indiana Jones-type person. This aspriration is entirely possible if you let it be so. But in another entry (that I can't recall right now) you mentioned maybe not wanting to go to college because of all of the extra years of "work" past high school. Well, just so you know, college isn't near the bane of existence that high school is. How could it be when it could help you become the Indiana Jones (or Joan if you will) of today? Anthropology, by the way, is the discipline to make your dreams happen if you didn't already know.
Impressions
It's fair to say that you are pretty cool (aside from the Harriet Potty or whatever template) but I just couldn't get into your diary as much as I had wanted to. True, you are fun loving. And you act your age unlike so many other people in your age group (refreshing)! But I don't know, I only picked through some of your past entries and I didn't read them as whole heartedly as I could have. Could it be the fault of your wretched Hairy Pothead template? Who knows...
Suggestions
Change your template. And archive your entries because it's not hard. And it also might help to change your template. And don't forget to go to college, or university, or whatever. And also, CHANGE YOUR DAMNED TEMPLATE!!!
P.s. You could have gotten more stars except the whole template thing. I just couldn't excuse the fact that it was so bad that it made it VERY HARD for me to complete your review.
